Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on skills in PySpark and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently on small projects and collaborate directly with business users to understand requirements, validate solutions, and support testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using PySpark and Power BI.

• Independently take ownership of small projects from requirements gathering through implementation and testing.

• Work directly with business users to understand and clarify technical and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development and testing lifecycle.

• Support solution validation and troubleshooting.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Full-Stack Engineering or similar technical role.

• Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and Power BI.

• Ability to independently manage and deliver small-scale projects.

• Experience working directly with business users on requirements and testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Mid-level experience with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
