We are looking for a motivated and organised HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract (2 years, with the possibility of extension).
The main focus of the role will be end-to-end recruitment, but you will also provide support for HR processes, office administration, and employee-related initiatives.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Recruitment (Main Focus)
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management
Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles
Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn and other platforms
Ensure a smooth candidate experience through interview coordination
Track and report recruitment progress
HR Processes & Employee Experience
Contribute to performance management and career development initiatives
Support employee engagement activities and internal events
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding with care and precision
Office & HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Prepare employment contracts and HR documents when needed
Coordinate payroll activities with finance and external providers when required
Coordinate local office logistics (supplies, facilities, courier services)
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES DO I NEED?
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Basic knowledge of HR administration and processes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a hands-on approach
Nice to Have
Experience supporting HR projects such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, or career and learning development programs
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements
Prior experience in a growing company or start-up environment
