M365 Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior M365 Consultant to join our Modern Work team.

You will be responsible for consultancy, deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions for some of Ireland’s most well-known public and private sector companies.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Lead implementation phases of greenfield and brownfield deployments of Microsoft 365 solutions.

• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Design, plan, and deliver hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

• Run Technical Design Workshops and gather customer requirements, producing HLD and LLD documentation.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing SME technical input when required.

• Support acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, and handover documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams, project managers, and external clients/vendors.

  
  

  WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES DO I NEED?

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Consultancy, with a focus on Microsoft 365.

• Proven expertise in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 in large enterprise environments.

• Strong technical knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Entra

  • Microsoft Purview

  • Microsoft Defender

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

  • Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations

  • Exchange Online Design & Security

  • Exchange On-Premises / Hybrid and Active Directory configuration

• Ability to produce technical designs, lead workshops, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  
  CERTIFICATIONS (highly desirable)

• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
